PLACE: The meeting was held at the Commission's headquarters, 100 F Street NE, Washington, DC 20549. STATUS: This meeting was closed to the public. (10)and 17 CFR 200.402(a)(3), (a)(5), (a)(6), (a)(7), (a)(8), (a)(9)(ii) and (a)(10), permit consideration of the scheduled matter at the closed meeting.
