ACTION: Notice; public meeting. SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (MAFMC) Tilefish Advisory Panel and Tilefish Committee will hold a public meeting. DATES: The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The first survey will be conducted next year in waters off New York to the Virginia/North Carolina line. The purpose of this meeting is for the Advisory Panel and Committee to discuss the overview of the survey and identify potential funding options for subsequent surveys.
