ACTION: Reopen comment period. SUMMARY: On November 30, 2018, the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA)proposed a rule titled “Standards of Performance for New Residential Wood Heaters, New Residential Hydronic Heaters and Forced-Air Furnaces.” The EPA is reopening the public comment period on the proposed rule that closed on January 14, 2019. The EPA is taking this action to allow time for the public to comment on the proposed rule for at least 30 days following the public hearing, which was held on December 17, 2018. DATES: The public comment period for the proposed rule published in the **Federal Register** on November 30, 2018 is being reopened. Written comments must be received on or before February 12, 2019. ADDRESSES: *Comments.* Submit your comments, identified by Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2018-0195, at *https://www.regulations.gov.* Follow the online instructions for submitting comments.
