Okaloosa and Walton Counties for Public Assistance. Jefferson and Madison Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance under the Public Assistance program). Franklin, Holmes, Leon, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and assistance for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance under the Public Assistance program).
