In addition, Moon Lake Electric Association, Inc. (Moon Lake) and FERC staff will conduct an environmental site review of the project on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, starting at 9:00 a.m. (MDT). All interested individuals, organizations, and agencies are invited to attend. The Uintah Project is located approximately 15 miles north of Neola, Utah. h. For the environmental site review, Moon Lake has made arrangements to provide transportation for participants from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints parking lot located at 2062 W 9000N, Neola, Utah 84053 (at intersection with 2000W). Please note that the project tour is expected to take 4 hours, at minimum. No lunch is provided and food services in the Neola area are limited. Participants should make their own arrangements to bring food and beverages. Participants should dress appropriately for fall weather outdoors and wear hiking boots or similar footwear.
