DATE AND TIME: September 17, 2018; 8:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m., September 18, 2018; 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. PLACE: Texas A&M University at Galveston, Ocean and Coastal Studies Building, 1001 Texas Clipper Road, Galveston, TX 77554.
