(BLM)Alaska State Office is issuing a call for nominations and comments on all available tracts for leasing for the upcoming National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A) 2018 Oil and Gas Lease Sale. DATES: BLM Alaska must receive all nominations and comments on the available tracts for consideration on or before August 20, 2018. ADDRESSES: Mail nominations and/or comments to: State Director, Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office, 222 West 7th Avenue, Mailstop 13, Anchorage, AK 99513-7504. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The BLM is issuing this call for nominations and comments on tracts available for leasing for the upcoming NPR-A 2018 Oil and Gas Lease Sale, pursuant to 43 CFR 3131.2. To identify tracts you wish to nominate for leasing, or to provide comments, please use the following:
(a)NPR-A maps,
(b)legal descriptions of the tracts, and
(c)any additional information available through the BLM Alaska website at *https://www.blm.gov/programs/energy-and-minerals/oil-and-gas/leasing/regional-lease-sales/alaska.* The BLM also requests comments on tracts that should receive special consideration or analysis. Before including your address, phone number, email address, or other personal identifying information in your nominations and/or comments, please be aware that your entire comment—including your personal identifying information—may be made publicly available at any time. While you can ask us in your comment to withhold your personal identifying information from public review in the body of your comment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
