(PRA)of 1995, this notice announces that the Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden and it includes the actual data collection instrument. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Authority: 44 U.S.C. 3501-21. *Title:* Request for Approval of School Attendance (VA Forms 21-674 and 21-674c) and School Attendance Report (VA Form 21-674b). *OMB Control Number:* 2900-0049. *Type of Review:* Extension of a currently approved collection. *Abstract:* Recipients of disability compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, disability pension, and death pension, are entitled to benefits for eligible children between the ages of 18 and 23 who are attending school. VA Forms 21-674, 21-674b, and 21-674c, are used to confirm school attendance of children for whom VA compensation or pension benefits are being paid and to report any changes in entitlement factors; including marriages, a change in course of instruction, and termination of school attendance. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 82 FR 237 on December 12, 2017, page 58482. *Affected Public:* Individuals and households. *Total Estimated Annual Burden:* 37,792 hours. *Estimated Burden per Respondent:* a. 15 minutes for VA Forms 21-674 and 21-674c. b. 5 minutes for VA Form 21-674b. *Frequency of Response:* Once. *Total Estimated Number of Respondents:* 177,500.
