(PRA)of 1995, this notice announces that the Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden; it includes the actual data collection instrument. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Authority: 38 U.S.C. 3019. *Title:* Application for Individualized Tutorial Assistance, VA Form 22-1990t). *OMB Control Number:* 2900-0171. *Type of Review:* Extension of a currently approved collection. *Abstract:* VA Form 22-1990t for Tutorial assistance is a supplementary allowance payable on a monthly basis for up to 12 months. The student must be training at one-half time or more in a post-secondary degree program, and must have a deficiency in a unit course or subject that is required as part of, or prerequisite to, his or her approved program. The student uses VA Form 22-1990t, Application and Enrollment Certification for Individualized Tutorial Assistance to apply for the supplemental allowance. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 82, FR 223, on November 21, 2017 at page 55489-55490. *Affected Public:* Individuals and Households. *Estimated Annual Burden:* 180 hours. *Estimated Average Burden per Respondent:* 30 minutes. *Frequency of Response:* Once Annually. *Estimated Number of Respondents:* 359.
