ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The public is invited to submit comments on the collection(s) listed below. DATES: Written comments must be received on or before February 20, 2018. (202)622-0489, or viewing the entire information collection request at *www.reginfo.gov.* SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: *Title:* Small Business Lending Fund Quarterly Supplemental Report. *OMB Control Number:* 1505-0228. *Type of Review:* Extension without change of a currently approved collection. *Abstract:* Banks participating in the Small Business Lending Fund program are required to submit a Supplemental Report each quarter. The Supplemental Report is used to determine the bank's small business lending baseline and allows Treasury to assess the change in the small business lending for the previous quarter. *Form:* TD F 102.3A, TD F 102.4. *Affected Public:* Businesses or other for-profits. *Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours:* 4,032. *Request for Comments:* Comments submitted in response to this notice will be summarized and included in the request for Office of Management and Budget approval. All comments will become a matter of public record. Comments are invited on:
(a)Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility;
(b)the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the collection of information;
(c)ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected;
(d)ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of technology; and
