SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet November 13-14 to develop recommendations for recreational management measures for the 2018 summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass fisheries. The Committee may also discuss ongoing options for improvements to the recreational management measures process and ongoing analyses related to recreational fishery issues for these three species. A detailed agenda and background documents will be made available on the Council's Web site ( *www.mafmc.org* ) prior to the meeting.
