SUMMARY: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is extending the public comment period for the notice of proposed rulemaking that appeared in the **Federal Register** of December 16, 2016.
DATES: The comment period for the proposed rule published December 16, 2016 at 81 FR 91556 is extended until August 18, 2017. ADDRESSES: You may submit comments, identified by docket number and/or Regulatory Information Number
