(DSS)to account each year for the costs associated with implementation of the National Industrial Security Program. It also allows DSS to report those costs to the Director of the Information Security Oversight Office, as required by Executive Order 12829, “National Industrial Security Program.” *Affected Public:* Business or other for-profit; Not-for-profit institutions. *Frequency:* Annually. *Respondent's Obligation:* Voluntary. *OMB Desk Officer:* Ms. Jasmeet Seehra.
