BILLING CODE 4410-PB-P DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Notice of Lodging of Proposed Consent Decree Amendment Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act On November 1, 2016, the Department of Justice lodged a proposed Consent Decree Amendment with the United States District Court for the District of Oregon in the lawsuit entitled *United States* v. *Kerr-McGee Corp. et al.,* Civil Action No. 04-00032.
