DPR-77 and DPR-79 issued to the licensee for operation of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, located in Hamilton County, Tennessee. The licensee requested to revise Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification 3/4 .6.5, “Ice Condenser,” to increase the total ice weight from 2,225,880 pounds to 2,540,808 pounds. This proposed amendment request was noticed in the **Federal Register** (79 FR 12246) dated March 4, 2014, and supplemented by letters dated February 13, 2014 (ML14045A290) and April 10, 2015 (ML15117A566).
