The project is located on Messalonskee Stream, a tributary of the Kennebec River, in Kennebec County, Maine. The project does not occupy Federal lands. The applicants seek Commission approval to transfer the license for the Messalonskee Project from the transferor to the transferee. This transfer of license reflects an internal corporate reorganization.
