BILLING CODE 7020-02-P LEGAL SERVICES CORPORATION Sunshine Act Meeting SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act, that the Operations and Regulations Committee (Committee) of the Board of Directors for the Legal Services Corporation
(LSC)will hold a Rulemaking Workshop (Workshop) to solicit public input on revisions to LSC's Cost Standards and Procedures and the Property Acquisition and Management Manual (PAMM). DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, April 20, 2016, 1:30-4:30 p.m. EDT. LOCATION: F. William McCalpin Conference Center, Legal Services Corporation Headquarters, 3333 K Street NW., 3rd Floor, Washington DC 20007. PUBLIC OBSERVATION AND PARTICIPATION: LSC encourages observation of and participation in the Workshop by interested individuals and organizations. The Workshop will be entirely open to public observation and will include opportunities for individuals who are not members of the panel to participate in person or via telephone. Persons interested in speaking during the public comment period are encouraged to pre-register by submitting a request in writing prior to close of business on Monday, April 18, 2016, to Stefanie K. Davis, Assistant General Counsel, at *sdavis@lsc.gov.* Those who pre-register will be scheduled to speak first. LSC will transcribe the meeting and make the transcript available to members of the public who are unable to attend. Individuals who wish to listen and/or participate in the proceedings remotely may do so by following the telephone call-in directions provided below.
