ACTION: Notice and request for comments. SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)approval to revise an information collection. The FAA is developing an information system to collect certain frequency information currently being collected on form 7460-1, and to revise form 7460-1 to remove frequency information requests. DATES: Written comments should be submitted by April 15, 2016. ADDRESSES: Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed information collection to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget. These notice requirements are contained in 14 CFR part 77. The frequency information is currently collected via FAA forms 7460-1. *Respondents:* Approximately 2400 annually. *Frequency:* Information is collected on occasion. *Estimated Average Burden per Response:* .2 hours. *Estimated Total Annual Burden:* 480 hours.
