(OMB)a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning advance payments. A notice was published in the **Federal Register** at 80 FR 70217 on November 13, 2015. No comments were received. DATES: Submit comments on or before March 2, 2016. The information is used to determine if advance payments should be provided to the contractor. B.
