DATES: The Guam Mariana Archipelago FEP AP will meet on Thursday, January 28, 2015, between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. and the CNMI Mariana Archipelago FEP AP will meet on Friday, January 29, 2015, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. All times listed are local island times.
