The authority citation for 48 CFR part 1 continues to read as follows: Authority: 40 U.S.C. 121(c); 10 U.S.C. chapter 137; and 51 U.S.C. 20113. 1.106 [Amended] 2. Amend section 1.106 in the table following the introductory text by adding in numerical sequence “52.244-2” and its corresponding OMB Control Number “9000-0149”.
