SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (FEMA-4235-DR), dated August 5, 2015, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is hereby amended to include additional categories of work under the Public Assistance program for those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of August 5, 2015. The island of Saipan for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program). The island of Tinian for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).
