(OFAC)is publishing the name of one individual whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13224 and three individuals whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to E.O. 13582, whose names have been added to OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List).
