ENTERGY NUCLEAR VERMONT YANKEE, LLC AND ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC. (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station) This proceeding involves an application by Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. for a license amendment for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, which is located in Vernon, Vermont. In response to a notice filed in the **Federal Register** , *see* 80 FR 8,355, 8,359 (Feb. 17, 2015), a hearing request was filed on April 20, 2015 by the State of Vermont.
