This information is needed by MARAD to determine compliance with applicable statutory requirements regarding surplus government property. *Respondents:* Maritime training institutions such as the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, State Maritime Academies and non-profit maritime institutions. *Number of Respondents:* 10. *Frequency:* Occasionally. *Number of Responses:* 40. *Total Annual Burden:* 40. *Public Comments Invited:* You are asked to comment on any aspect of this information collection, including
