Regulation S-T (17 CFR 232.10 through 232.501) sets forth the general requirements and procedures for the electronic submission of documents on the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (“EDGAR”) System. Regulation S-T is assigned one burden hour for administrative convenience because it does not directly impose any information collection requirements. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid control number.
