ACTION: Notice to amend a System of Records. SUMMARY: The Defense Finance and Accounting Service proposes to alter a system of records, T7040, Work Year and Personnel Cost Reporting, in its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The system will be the financial system of record and the single source for consolidated financial information for the Navy civilian employees.
It will support the core financial requirements for the Work Year and Personnel Cost Reporting. DATES: This proposed action will be effective on September 5, 2013 unless comments are received which result in a contrary determination. Comments will be accepted on or before September 4, 2013.
