(ORAP)will hold a regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Members of the public should submit their comments in advance of the meeting to the meeting Point of Contact. ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at Marine Acoustics Inc, 4100 Fairfax Drive, Suite 730, Arlington, VA, 22203. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Dr. Joan S.
