SUMMARY: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 *et seq.* ), this notice announces that the Information Collection abstracted below has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)for review and approval. The nature of the information collection is described as well as its expected burden. The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on April 17, 2013 and comments were due by June 17, 2013. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Maritime Administration (MARAD). *Title:* United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Alumni Survey. *OMB Control Number:* 2133-0542. *Type of Request:* Extension of currently approved collection. *Affected Public:* Graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. *Form Numbers:* KP2-66-DK1, KP2-67-DK2, KP3-68-DK3, KP2-69-ENG1, KP2-70-ENG2, KP2-71-ENG3. *Abstract:* 46 U.S.C. 51309 authorizes the Academy to confer academic degrees. To maintain the appropriate academic standards, the program must be accredited by the appropriate accreditation body. The survey is part of USMMA's academic accreditation process. *Annual Estimated Burden Hours:* 125 hours. (d)ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
