Lion, McLaughlin & Stern, LLP; 260 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016. *Synopsis:* The agreement authorizes CSAV and MSC to cross-charter space to each other in the trade from ports in North Europe to ports on the U.S. East Coast on the one hand, and from ports on the U.S. East Coast to Panama and Ecuador, on the other hand.
