On September 28, 2012, ICE Clear Credit LLC (“ICC”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) a proposed rule change pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 1 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, 2 to add rules related to the clearing of iTraxx Europe Index credit default swaps and European Corporate Single-Name credit default swaps.
Notice of the proposed rule change was published in the **Federal Register** on October 17, 2012. 3 The Commission received no comments on the proposed change.
