Meeting No. 12-05 The TVA Board of Directors will hold a specially called public meeting on December 10, 2012, in the TVA West Tower Auditorium, 400 West Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee, to consider the agenda items listed below. A number of the TVA Board of Directors will join the meeting by teleconference. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. (ET). No public listening session is scheduled.
