BILLING CODE 4000-01-P DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Energy Information Administration Agency Information Collection Extension AGENCY: U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), Department of Energy. ACTION: Notice and request for OMB review and comment. SUMMARY: The EIA has submitted an information collection request to the OMB for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension of the Form NWPA-830G, “Appendix G—Standard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees,” including Annex A to Appendix G, OMB Control Number 1901-0260.
Form NWPA-830G is an Appendix to the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste, entered into by DOE and the generators or owners of spent nuclear fuel. The proposed collection will continue to collect data on quarterly fee payments paid into the Nuclear Waste Fund and on the amount of net electricity generated and sold, upon which the fees are based. There are no proposed changes to the survey forms. DATES: Comments regarding this proposed information collection must be received on or before December 28, 2012.
