Public comments are particularly invited on: Whether this collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of functions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and whether it will have practical utility; whether our estimate of the public burden of this collection of information is accurate, and based on valid assumptions and methodology; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways in which we can minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, through the use of appropriate technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology. Purpose FAR 16.203, Fixed-price contracts with economic price adjustment, and associated clauses at 52.216-2, 52.216-3, and 52.216-4 provide for upward and downward revision of the stated contract price upon occurrence of specified contingencies. In order for the contracting officer to be aware of price changes, the firm must provide pertinent information to the Government. The information is used to determine the proper amount of price adjustments required under the contract. B. Annual Reporting Burden The estimated annual reporting burden is being adjusted upward since published in the **Federal Register** at 74 FR 64085, on December 7, 2009.
