The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster: Primary Counties: Carlton, Pine, Saint Louis, Fond Du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. Contiguous Counties: Minnesota: Aitkin, Chisago, Isanti, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Lake. Wisconsin: Burnett, Douglas.
