ACTION: Notice; correction. SUMMARY: The Securities and Exchange Commission published a document in the **Federal Register** of August 10, 2012, concerning a Notice of Filing of Amendment No. 1 and Order Granting Accelerated Approval of a Proposed Rule Change, as Modified by Amendment No. 1, to Implement a Change in the Practices of The Depository Trust Company as They Relate to Post-payable Adjustments; The request for comment information was inadvertently omitted from the document.
