Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) has re-established the Bureau of Land Management's

(2008)and Public Law 112-557, Division F (2012). Certification Statement I hereby certify that the re-establishment of the Secure Rural Schools Resource Advisory Committees is necessary and in the public interest in connection with the Secretary of the Interior's responsibilities to manage the lands, resources, and facilities administered by the BLM.
