SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background At the request of interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from the Russian Federation for the period July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011. *See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part,* 76 FR 53404 (August 26, 2011). Extension of Time Limit for Preliminary Results Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), requires the Department to complete the preliminary results within 245 days after the last day of the anniversary month of an order for which a review is requested. If it is not practicable to complete the review within this time period, section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act allows the Department to extend the time limit for the preliminary results to a maximum of 365 days after the last day of the anniversary month. We determine that it is not practicable to complete the preliminary results of this review by the current deadline of April 1, 2012, because we require additional time to analyze a detailed response to a supplemental questionnaire that was submitted on March 7, 2012. In addition, the numerous extensions we have granted for filing various responses has contributed to us requiring additional time to complete the preliminary results. Therefore, we are extending the time period for issuing the preliminary results of this review by 75 days, until June 15, 2012. This notice is published in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2). Dated: March 20, 2012.
