SUMMARY: The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, State and Private Forestry (S&PF), Technology Marketing Unit, located at the Forest Products Laboratory, published a document in the **Federal Register** of February 6, 2011, concerning requests for grant applications for wood energy projects that require engineering services.
