February 24, 2012, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Local Time. Inter-Regional Planning Advisory Committee March 2012, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Local Time (date to be determined). The above-referenced meetings will be held at: NYISO's offices, Rensselaer, NY. The above-referenced meetings are open to stakeholders.
