Benefits are not payable when a student interrupts or terminates a program. VA uses the information to determine a student's continued entitlement to educational benefits or if the benefits should be increased, decreased, or terminated. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published on November 1, 2011, at pages 67556-67557. *Affected Public:* Business or other for-profit, and Not-for-profit institutions.
