SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Virginia (FEMA-4042-DR), dated 11/04/2011. *Incident:* Earthquake. *Incident Period:* 08/23/2011 Through 10/25/2011. *Effective Date:* 12/28/2011. *Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/05/2012. *EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/06/2012.
