ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The Audio Division, at the request of Kenneth W. Diebel (“Petitioner”), deletes FM Channel 230A and allots FM Channel 228A at Bastrop, Louisiana. The purpose of the proposed channel substitution is to accommodate Petitioner's pending application to upgrade FM Station KGGM, Delhi, Louisiana, to Channel 230C3.
Channel 228A can be allotted at Bastrop, consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's rules, at coordinates 32-48-20 NL and 91-52-5 WL, with a site restriction of 7.2 km (4.5 miles) northeast of the community *See* SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION *infra.* DATES: Effective December 26, 2011. Vacant Channel 230A at Bastrop was inadvertently removed from the FM Table of Allotments in MB Docket 05-210 (see 71 FR 76208, published December 20, 2006), but the channel will not be restored to the Table; instead, under the provisions of this Report and Order, the FM Table of Allotments is amended by adding Channel 228A at Bastrop, Louisiana.
