The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on September 23, 2011, vol. 76, no. 185, pages 59185-59186. FAA Form 7480-1 (Notice of Landing Area Proposal) is used to collect information about any construction, alteration, or change to the status or use of an airport. The information collected provides the basis for determining the effect the proposed action would have on existing airports and on the safe and efficient use of airspace by aircraft, the effects on existing or contemplated traffic patterns of neighboring airports, the effects on the existing airspace structure and projected programs of the FAA, and the effects that existing or proposed manmade objects (on file with the FAA) and natural objects within the affected area would have on the airport proposal. *Respondents:* Approximately 1,500 applicants. *Frequency:* Information is collected on occasion. *Estimated Average Burden per Response:* 45 minutes. *Estimated Total Annual Burden:* 1,125 hours.
