Summary

This notice is to advise the Public of the Issuance of a Confirmatory Order Modifying License No. SNM-2001, held by BWX Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the BWXT or Licensee). The Order set forth below was issued to the Licensee on August 5, 2011, and includes an opportunity to request a hearing.

Dates

Requests for a hearing or leave to intervene must be filed by September 28, 2011. Any potential party as defined in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.4 who believes access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information and/or Safeguards Information is necessary to respond to this notice must request document access by September 19, 2011.
