BILLING CODE 4150-36-P DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Administration for Children and Families Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request *Title:* Head Start Program Information Report. *OMB No.:* 0980-0017. *Description:* The Office of Head Start within the Administration for Children and Families, United States Department of Health and Human Services, is proposing to renew authority to collect information using the Head Start Program Information Report (PIR). The PIR provides information about Head Start and Early Head Start services received by the children and families enrolled in Head Start programs.
