On February 22, 2011, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) announced that a Technical Conference on Priority Rights to New Participant-Funded Transmission will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
(EDT). The staff-led conference will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at the Commission's headquarters at 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. The conference will be open for the public to attend and advance registration is not required. Members of the Commission may attend the conference. On March 7, 2011, the Commission issued a supplemental notice with an agenda for the conference. Discussions at the conference may address matters at issue in the above-referenced individual proceedings that are either pending or within their rehearing period.
The March 7 Notice omitted two proceedings before the Commission that are either pending or within their rehearing period. This supplemental notice reflects the addition of the following proceedings: Hudson Transmission Partners, LLC, Docket No. ER11-3017-000; and Peetz Logan Interconnect, LLC, Docket No. ER11-2970-000. A free webcast of the technical conference will be available. Anyone with internet access who desires to listen to this event can do so by navigating to the Calendar of Events on the Commission's Web site and locating this event in the Calendar.
