ACTION: List of Restricted Joint Bidders; Correction. SUMMARY: The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement published a notice in the **Federal Register** on February 9, 2011, entitled: “List of Restricted Joint Bidders” that contained an error.
