BILLING CODE 6705-01-P FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Notice of Public Information Collection Being Reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission, Comments Requested February 3, 2011. SUMMARY: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act

This process will permit individual end users, edge providers, and other interested persons to file a claim alleging that another party has violated a statute or rule, and asking the Commission to rule on the dispute. The formal complaint rules will facilitate prompt and effective enforcement of the rules adopted in the OI R&O, which is crucial to preserving an open Internet and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
