(FDA)is announcing an amendment to the notice of meeting of the Risk Communication Advisory Committee. This meeting was announced in the **Federal Register** of September 20, 2010 (75 FR 57279). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In the **Federal Register** of September 20, 2010, FDA announced that a meeting of the Risk Communication Advisory Committee would be held on November 8 and 9, 2010. On page 57280, in the first column, the *Agenda* portion of the document is changed to read as follows: *Agenda:* On November 8 and 9, 2010, the Committee will hear and discuss developments in FDA's ongoing communications programs, such as FDA's Strategic Plan for Risk Communication, FDA's Transparency Initiative, foodborne outbreaks and related recall communications, and the challenges of effectively communicating with patients and caregivers about appropriate use of medical devices when a patient is prescribed a medical device for home use. This notice is issued under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. app. 2) and 21 CFR part 14, relating to the advisory committees. Dated: October 21, 2010.
